Dealers are only as good as the service & aftersales that they provide. It’s for this reason that we invested £400k into a new six bay state of the art Service Centre, that opened in January 2019. Each member of our trained and highly skilled service team possesses a passion for ensuring that your motorhome is kept in the best possible condition, and they are fully equipped with the tools and knowledge to do so.

Richard Prince our Service Manager, is revered by so many customers and nothing is ever too much trouble for either him, or any member of his team.

With accreditation from all the leading UK manufacturers for servicing, maintenance and repairs, you can be sure that your motorhome is in the very best place and the safest hands. At our Service Centre, we can cope, and care with equal measure.

Privilege Customers

Unlike most other motorhome dealers in the UK, we willingly accommodate for service, warranty, repairs and accessories, customers who have purchased their motorhome from dealerships other than ourselves. Many other dealers simply refuse to do this, or they just make it almost impossible for customers who didn’t buy from them, to book appointments etc.

With that said, we do however make no bones about the fact that we do quite rightly and fairly, prioritise those customers who have purchased from us, by making them into what we call `Privilege Customers`

Basically, our Privilege Customers benefit from priority bookings, reduced rates on all servicing and labour costs, reduced rates on accessories fitting, free diagnostics, a complete warranty service and a limited but nonetheless welcome degree of flexibility with goodwill.
